With his father John’s invaluable support, Liam Worthington set out to create Worthington Homes, building on a foundation rooted in family strength, shared vision, and local expertise. Expanding the Team

Darren Thomas joined the team, bringing his expertise in estimating and tendering, which added a new layer of insight to the father-son partnership and enriched the collaborative spirit that drives Worthington Homes forward.

Acknowledgment and Growth

As Worthington Homes earned recognition as a NSW Major Builder, a new chapter unfolded. Their growth and expertise called for more space, prompting a move to a new office in Norwest—a place where their expanding team could continue building on their success.

This period of growth also saw them move into a larger head office in Castle Hill and open a selection studio, all while earning a spot as finalists in the Master Builders NSW Excellence in Housing Awards.
