Our contemporary duplex designs allow you to build on your block of land in both single storey and double storey configurations, which can serve as a multi-generational home for your family or be rented out to generate income.

Sometimes referred to as dual occupancy homes, dual homes or multi-dwelling residences, our duplex houses can either be built on a single property or constructed with separate titles if the land has been subdivided.

Whether it’s a knockdown rebuild or you’re acquiring new land, our duplex houses maximise every square meter of space. Designed for owner occupiers, first home buyers and investors and property developers, we can manage the entire design and construction process end-to-end from estimation and consultation to site preliminaries, council approval and construction.

Our wealth of experience with project development includes the building of medium density dwellings in new estates as well as property subdivision. Since the NSW Government has implemented the Low Rise Housing Diversity Code (formerly the Low Rise Medium Density Housing Code), we’ve been able to find ways to fast track council approval, helping you save time and money.

We also build house and granny flats if you require more compact quarters to accommodate guests and/or intend on capitalising any rental income opportunities.

All duplex houses come with a BASIX certificate and are built to Building Sustainability Index (BASIX) requirements, which apply to all residential construction developments in NSW. What this means is your duplex will be built with optimum water saving, energy efficiency and thermal comfort for variance in climate.

Your duplex can also be constructed to be ‘smart home’ ready, which means it can be easily integrated with automated technology systems that allow control over lighting, room temperature, TV/AV connectivity, security and solar power via a smartphone.
