Your knockdown rebuild process kicks off by having a chat with your bank to determine your borrowing capacity and building budget. Be sure to factor in demolition costs and site works.
At this early stage, we can offer an approximate base price for a house design, which excludes site and demolition costs. You will get a fixed price during the tender phase.

Using your site information and contour survey, we assess the potential of your land and explore various design options.
Whether you prefer to select a design from our home designs, modify an existing layout or develop a design from scratch, we provide expert guidance to ensure your new home aligns perfectly with your needs and site constraints.

Tender Process
During this phase, we perform crucial site assessments, including a BASIX pre-assessment and site classification. Comprehensive architectural, and structural plans are prepared to provide a precise cost estimate.
We offer a site plan, contour survey, and tender for a non-refundable preliminary fee, which will be credited toward the final contract price.

Contract Exchange
After tender approval, a tender acceptance fee is required. We draft detailed drawings and finalise the placement of your home on your block.
Any structural adjustments needed should be addressed at this stage to avoid additional costs later in the process.

Selecting Finishes
Once the contract is finalised, you will select your internal and external finishes from your chosen Collection. We handle all necessary council approvals, including BASIX and Council DA submissions.
We proceed to the next stage once these approvals are secured, ensuring a smooth transition in your project.

Navigating Council Approvals
As knockdown rebuild specialists, we manage the preparation and submission of all DA/CDC documentation, coordinating with Sydney Water and preparing HIA building contracts.
