Featuring more fittings, finishes and features you would see in a display home, the new Worthington Homes Selection Studio & Showroom is now open.

Located in the Castle Hill business hub close to the Home Makers Super Centre, Cooks Plumbing, DiLorenzo Tiles and Bunnings, the new Selection Studio & Showroom adjoining the Worthington Homes office will help make the selection process easier while also creating an enjoyable client experience.

“Nearly everything you can have in a new home will be here in one convenient location in Castle Hill,” says Managing Director, Liam Worthington. “Our high-quality tapware, basins, carpet, wardrobes, tiles and more will be on display to help inspire clients and allow them to pick out the right selections for their new home.”

Thanks to a solid partnership with reputable suppliers including Polytec, Caesarstone, Fisher & Paykel, James Hardie and Colorbond to name a few, the Selection Studio & Showroom has come together in a matter of months. It serves as a central hub for existing and potential clients, investors as well as property developers to get a close-up view of the quality on offer when building with Worthington.

Well-established in Sydney as a trusted new home builder, Worthington Homes build beautiful new homes that make a lasting impression while offering value for money. With boutique and multi-dwelling projects in North Rocks, Baulkham Hills, Kellyville, Box Hill and Schofields under their belt, Worthington can confidently undertake single storey homes, double storey homes, knockdown rebuilds and narrow lot dwellings.

“Where we differ from our competition is in our customer-centric approach,” explains Liam. “Our clients are not numbers, they are humans with individual requirements. By putting people first, we can establish trust while building a beautiful new dream home.”

Guiding clients building in new estates through the design process

When building a new home, Worthington Homes take clients through a selection process, which involves consultation for internal and external colours, kitchen design, floor and wall tiles and electrical. By taking a step-by-step approach, the whole experience can be both efficient and enjoyable.

“Colour matching is a fairly straight forward process, however, with so many options available it can also be quite daunting for clients,” says Operations Manager, Darren Thomas. “To help our clients style their home in a way that’s coherent with their estate but also timeless in design, we have a professional colour consultant put together a colour palette for the exterior façade.”

In many new housing estates, the urban planning process involves consideration of design, architecture and landscaping, which means in new developments like The Hills of Carmel, Oran Park, Wilton Greens and Akuna Vista, a design guideline is required. Furthermore, council approval can elongate the whole process, making it somewhat confusing and frustrating for new home builders.

“The developers in each estate usually have a masterplan with accompanying guidelines to maintain consistency in the look and feel of each house design,” Darren explains. “Luckily, we have a lot of knowledge and experience working within these guidelines, so we can steer clients in the right direction when it comes to choosing their external elements.”

Transparency when detailing new home inclusions and costs to clients

Currently building new homes in brand new estates in north west and south west Sydney, Worthington is confident in their quoting and tendering processes. Especially considering some builders can be vague about any hidden costs for standard things required in a new home, like tiling and carpet for example.

“We’ve worked with many local councils in the greater Sydney area, so our process when communicating requirements and costs with the client is robust. The most important thing for us is to be upfront regarding costing of building preliminaries such as site works, BASIX and connection services.”

With a ‘what you see is what you get’ philosophy, everything is laid out on the table so clients know exactly what to expect.

“There is no pressure to build with us, but if clients choose us, they get a beautiful new home with positive and happy experience along the way,” Liam concludes.
