Liam Worthington is the Managing Director of Worthington Homes and has over 22 years of experience in the residential construction industry. As a qualified carpenter, licenced builder and member of the Housing Industry Association and Master Builders Association, Liam brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise and quality workmanship to any home building project.


Specialising in regulation and litigation, John Worthington has more than 50 years’ experience in the building industry. As a senior advisor for Worthington Homes, John is an advocate for high-quality workmanship, serving on the Council of Management for the Master Builders Association and as a Member of the Ministerial Advisory Panel to the Minister for Fair Trading.


As the Operations & Estimating Manager with more than 30 years of building experience, Darren oversees the project management and operations of every building project. Working alongside Liam and the Site Supervisor, Darren ensures all processes are in line with housing industry standards, NSW SafeWork practices and local government regulations.


Bringing 30 years’ experience within the residential building and real estate sectors, Rachelle is the Administration & Accounts Manager for Worthington Homes. Having worked alongside Liam since 2005, Rachelle manages the finances of the company while overseeing the day-to-day running of the office.


With an eye for detail and well versed in council and state regulations, functional design and 3D modelling, Mark is the creator of our versatile range of Home Designs. Mark’s day involves designing and drafting floor plans, internal details, facades and streetscapes, striving to remain at the forefront of design innovation. 


Amanda manages the marketing, brand and communications for Worthington Homes, developing strategies that translate into business growth. With a passion for storytelling, Amanda enjoys translating technical building concepts into everyday language that reflects the authenticity of the Worthington brand.
